Q: I order my membership a few weeks ago, where is it?
A: Membership & Subscription Orders take 6 to 8 weeks to process. It will take a minimum of 8 weeks before you receive your membership package (or renewal) and get your first issue of the magazine. If, after a minimum of eight weeks, you have not received your package, please e-mail: office@promediapub.com.

Q: What kind of Warranty do I get with stuff I buy?
A: Street Legal Extreme is strictly a retail store. ProMedia does not inspect or test the individual items before shipping. Therefore, ProMedia does not provide warranty service for any of the products sold on its website.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: You may return most merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. Certain products may not be returned for any reason. These items include: memberships/subscriptions.
All products returned will be subject to a 20% restocking / reconditioning fee.
NO RETURNS after 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Specially ordered or custom made items are not refundable. All "Sale" and “Close Out” items or specially discounted sales are not refundable.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: ProMedia accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and personal checks. Credit Card orders are typically processed within 24 hours after they are placed. Money Orders and Cashiers checks will be processed when received. Orders placed with Personal Checks will be held until they clear the bank (7-10 days), before they are processed. |
